It has become the popular thing to disregard the idea of penal substitution. Starting with this video, we will look at several rebuttals that people make. One such rebuttal is that it is a new doctrine devised by the Reformers. This leads us to the question, “Do we find penal substitution in the Bible?”
While we will not find a chapter in the Bible entitled “Why You Should Believe in Penal Substitution,” we see penalty and substitution throughout its pages.
